Yesterday was a crazy day for Toronto, We were informed early morning Robin Banks was involved in a shooting inside a Woodbridge nightclub.
We covered the story as it developed all day, Robin was shot multiple times according to sources and was in life-threatening condition, Twitter and Instagram erupted showing support for Robin with the hashtag #PrayForBanks.
Meek Mill even showed his support for the Toronto artist, “Pray For The Kid” the international celebrity posted along with a photo of Robin, Shortly after Pressa showed his support for Robin and Robin’s fans went wild.
Twitter erupted shortly after with “R.I.P Robin Banks” and the blogs went crazy, We quickly ran to our source and inquired about the status of Robin’s situation – He had NOT passed away, we found out he was in stable condition and preparing for surgery.
With confirmation from TOP 5 and other credible sources, we knew this was true and that he will pull through.
Once we confirmed his status we quickly updated twitter and updated Robin’s fans the support from his fans was unreal during this time he needs your prayers the most. Please as this situation is still developing don’t make assumptions regarding his conditions.
Some online media sources are saying he was shot 9 times and we don’t know if this is true.
