Calgary native Jae “The Scum” Sterling hits us with his latest mixtape titled SCUMBAG. The mixtape on a whole is versatile in terms of when to play it; you could throw it on and go for a drive in the city with the windows down or turn up to tracks like “HNGRY” or “Only Ni*** At the Party”. Jae says although it is hard to make a name for himself out in Calgary, he is very proud of the tracks on SCUMBAG.“Scumbag” has already made Song of the Day on HipHopCanada.com and it was quite deserving.
His previous short-tape “Three Days of Rain”, has more of a seductive, sultry type of sound to it in comparison to SCUMBAG. With his newest music, Jae gives his audience a variety of sounds for every type of mood and promises this is only the beginning for him.
