On the 1st of August of 2015 Toronto lost a real up and coming talent Redway had died from a car accident the death had a major impact in a world wide scale after Drake had posted a photo of Redway on his Instagram ” Gone way too soon”. August 3rd of 2016 his camp “BLVD” released a visual in memorial to the artist, for his track “Lower River”.
The song is about Redway’s come up and the movements he was making, The artist was making major buzz within the city. BLVD releases this cinematic visual that perfectly complements the song, Talking about people flexing on social media and trying to act like they’re famous but really they’re just flexing.
