Quake Matthews releases a new video / track entitled “SnowFlake”
this video is very unique from what we’re seeing within this hiphop scene right now.
Track is produced by Rich Kidd here’s a quote directly from Quake:
“In an era where everybody seems to be a rapper now, it’s no secret that you have to sift through a lot of bullshit to find something creative and original. Quakes message in Snowflake is that everybody is their own person and history can only be made by making your own waves and not trying to surf on somebody else’s.
For this video Quake finds himself in the rugged element we’ve grown to know him for in his early years. “This track is just me in my raw element, the grimy hip-hop sound that I fell in love with growing up. The track hit me as soon as Rich Kidd sent the beat over. I’ve always been very passionate about my verses and DJ IV sprinkled some magic on top to create one of my favourite tracks on the album”
