NXNE RELEASES PERFORMANCE LINE UP

 

 

Toronto (April 19, 2017) – North By Northeast (NXNE), Toronto’s premier music festival, announced today the addition of some of music’s hottest and most exciting performers, finalizing its lineup for the 2nd annual Port Lands Festival. Newly announced highlights include award-winning English rapper, singer and songwriter Tinie Tempah; fast-rising Detroit rapper, vocalist, and producer Amir Obè; critically acclaimed and live show-stopping indie rockers, Yukon Blonde; the SXSW highlight performer that the LA Times called ‘a singer and rapper to watch in 2017’, Lizzo; the multi-instrumentalist who has been sampled by Drake, and collaborated with the likes of Kaytranada, Pusha T, and Jazz Cartier to name a few, River Tiber and Montreal’s hotly hyped alt-folk band, Franklin Electric. NXNE Port Lands will take place from Friday, June 23 to Sunday, June 25, 2017 in downtown Toronto.
