For years we have heard about the West End of Toronto through the likes of PartyNextDoor, but in his debut EP, Mekhi takes listeners on a trip to the East End – specifically, the Galloway community that had its fair share of hardships and struggles, but remains resilient in the most bitter storms. In the 5-track project, which includes his single “Oh My”, Mekhi tells a self-produced story about a two decade journey to the man and artist he has become.
