Fame Holiday makes a defiant statement of progress with the video for Saucy.
It seems that in this track Holiday is venting some frustrations while at the same time making a bold statement about his accomplishments thus far into his career. Holiday is confident that he will be “blowing-up” soon seeing as his momentum has been building, and it is evident that he has the potential to do so as his energy/performance levels are golden in this track.
Charlton Visuals are making their mark in regards to work quality and a company worth knowing as they have provided outstanding visual work yet-again in the video for Saucy. Holiday’s energy and presence are captured exceptionally in frame as well as the great urban scenery accompanying scenes of the emcee. There even appears to be a cameo appearance from well-known Brampton emcee Monte Biggz in the alley scenes towards the end of the video.
In conclusion, Saucy is a great track about a talented young man who is confidently aiming for the sky. Fans of the underground rap scene emerging from the depths of the GT-HA should not pass on this one.
