Liam Graham | WhatTheHYPE Music Video
Chet Williamz, Kehmak and Rigsy Bogues show off their lyrical/musical talent in the video for the track Touchdown.
A fun and bright video treat running just shy of two-and-a-half minutes, Touchdown is great for a “pick-me-up” effect. The emcees involved in the production present themselves excellently on camera as they provide body movement, facial expressions and other subtle details one would normally miss on any other video. The simplicity in the video is what makes this work so nicely.
By restricting the amount of visuals on the screen, they allow for a more intimate viewing experience of the emcee, as the viewer is able to take in all of their body tics and expressions while they deliver their music. You feel almost as if you have an idea of what their personality could be like because of the way they present themselves on camera. That, combined with the light-hearted/fun theme and upbeat tempo complements the whole package into the short-but-sweet video we see before ourselves.
