Toronto’s own Blacka Da Don of MTM ( Music That Matters ) releases his newest music video for “Don’t Need Designer” this has to be one of the most creative visuals to come out of Toronto this year. Directed by MTM, Shot by BrownGuyMadeIT & Edited by Tk this is a work of art.
The video features Instagram influences such as; nicksface1, Sagi & bucks be balling. The video is centred in Walmart where Blacka shows us that even tho you might have money, you don’t need to spend it on the latest fashion trends to “Drip”. The message is a positive message in a world where everyone thinks they need to spend $1,000 or more on a t-shirt to be socially accepted. Blacka is a funny guy as we know the Entertainer in him can’t be held back and in this video he shows us just that.
From slapping Sagi’s bum, to Nick falling over while for some reason buying baby supplies ( LOL ) and bucks wearing his raptors gear since the Raptors knocked out Philly.. Blacka & his team brought this video together beautifully. Check out the video below and let us know what you think.
