Yo Fam! is a new sitcom web series that follows the
adventures of two skateboarding, street hustling,
rappers trying to sell their mixtape and break out of the
hiphop underground on the road to super stardom.
Things are going pretty slow until as fate would have it
they end up an uber with an aspiring music manager as
their driver…
Starring Sam Losco (Trailer Park Boys), Richard Walters
(Degrassi), Sugith Varughese (Suits), Alexandria Benoit
(Degrassi) and more the story is driven by an all-star
cast of Canadian Actors.
We hope to make this series not just an entertaining
comedy, but also a platform to promote HipHop and
skateboarding talent. We are currently in the running
for a grant from the IPF Fund to fund the whole series.
