Toronto artist “Tyler Sweet” releases his new 7 track project titled “Westend”
Tyler Sweet is new to WhatTheHYPE but will definitely have an eye on him, this 7 track project titled “Westend” shows us his daily struggle with mental health issues ( Depression ), Smoking weed & relationship experiences. Tyler has production from Iceland, England and many more places. I’m looking forward to seeing music videos from this project and seeing him potentially perform his conscious records.
Here’s what Tyler told us :
West End is a tale of experiences with relationships, mental health, marijuana and religion. I started writing the album in July 2016. I wanted to make a concise project that conveys all the places my mind has been over the past 10 months. As I wrote the album I went through many ups and downs. I made sure to evoke these moods in the music, especially in the production. The production for West End ranges from Iceland (beatmachinearon) to England (sugi. wa) to Los Angeles (Lucid Soundz) amongst other places. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed creating it.
